The scene I chose is of the ship sinking in the freezing cold North Atlantic Ocean. It is one of the most memorable and emotionally impactful scenes from the movie, and it is the first thing we think about when we hear the word "Titanic". The RMS Titanic was a British passenger line that tragically sank on April 15, 1912, after striking an iceberg. This was the core memory that real life survivors had of this time. Around 1,500 people died that night from either drowning or from freezing to death.
